Return Policy

We offer a 14-day open purchase, even when the packaging is opened if it is required that the packaging be broken so that you can test the product. It is very important that the packaging should be broken with the least possible damage. Has the product been damaged due to handling error we have the right to evaluate how large the sales value has decreased and deduct this amount from the return money. Products that cannot be returned after they have been opened or tested are: Hygiene products such as earrings, tooth jewelry and underwear. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to specially ordered products. This also applies to perfumes, makeup and all kinds of beauty products and batteries. A return usually takes 2 days to process after arrival. Should you return the product, you must first make a notification. You can easily do this by logging into your account and going to the order in question. Your right of return (14 days) begins on the day the shipment comes to you or your postal agent. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping on open purchase and must be able to prove that you have sent the product upon request. Send with traceable shipping. Would you like to use open purchase then send back the item incl. original box well packed together with the order confirmation you received via e-mail. After we receive the goods, the money will be refunded to you normally no later than 5 days. The refund is made in the same way you make the payment. Card purchases are refunded to cards etc. Before returning or changing, you must always register online with us. You do this by logging in to your account or creating an account by using the same e-mail you used on your order. You can find the return address when you make a return notification. If the return is not accepted by us, it will be returned to the actual shipping cost with traceable freight.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer a low or free shipping on all orders. Delivery normally takes place with Posten Varubrev, PostPad MyPack or DHL. We choose the shipping method that best suits your order, so you don't have to think about it. Orders coming in before noon 11 am weekdays are normally sent the same day. Normal delivery time is 3-5 days. Ordered products that are not collected, are charged a general cost of SEK 500 to cover shipping, return shipping and stock recovery. If the actual shipping cost is higher than these SEK 500, the actual shipping cost is charged


We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true colors or size of the products. This depends on which computer, screen settings etc. you have. We reserve ourselves against any error descriptions in product texts and measurements. However, we work continuously to keep these as good and accurate as possible. Always follow the care instructions for the products you purchased. We also reserve ourselves for incorrect prices. If the price or anything else in the order is missing, we reserve the right to cancel and credit the order.

Warranty & Complaints

We guarantee goods we sent you are faultless upon delivery. If a commodity is supposed to be broken, contact us and describe in detail what the fault is. You then make a claim for warranty claims and then send the product to us. You have 2 years warranty and 3 years warranty on all products. If manufacturing defects occur during the warranty period, please contact us in the same way!
